Using Our Services

You agree to:

United Cabs may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Ride Requests

Submitting a ride request does not guarantee that a driver will be available. Ride availability depends on factors such as driver availability, traffic, weather, and service area.

Fares and Payments

Fares are calculated based on factors including distance, time, applicable fees, and local regulations. By requesting a ride, you authorize United Cabs to charge your selected payment method.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees may apply if a ride is canceled after a driver has accepted the request or arrived at the pickup location.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Following applicable laws
• Wearing seat belts where required
• Avoiding damage to vehicles
• Respecting drivers and other passengers

Limitation of Liability

United Cabs provides a platform connecting passengers with drivers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Cabs is not liable for delays, traffic conditions, lost items, or events beyond our reasonable control.
